Housesitting...
Eric and I are housesitting for some friends for the next five days. Thank goodness our wireless internet works at their house. They have two dogs (a lab and a dalmation), three cats, 8 lovebirds and a fish tank. Quite the zoo eh?
Poor Kirby, the dalmation, is pretty upset. He is ten years old and has never been without his owner or his daughter (my friend). He is hiding in his owner's room, on the bed, barking and howling..... He also has recently been diagnosed with a degenerative disease so he has trouble walking -- his hind legs don't work too well.
We are supposed to be sleeping here...but we will have to see how it goes. If Kirby doesn't stop barking, we won't be able to get any sleep. Anouk (the lab) is pretty happy to have company, and she is playing with Suki... (they are friends).
